Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Because our pieces are handmade, processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons or new releases.

Once your order has been prepared, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times will vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.

We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

Delays & Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Ransomed Threads is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
